I don't see why it wouldn't work with Song of Power, even though it won't be up for long till you reuse it.

Basically party (including yourself) energy spam with TNTF. It's just a matter of knowing what order to use the skills I assume.

I have not tried this build but I have a fair amount of experience as an E/A AP nuker so I am familiar with the concept. It seems to me that the main reason to take AP is to recharge skills, and in this build you're really only recharging TNTF. The others recharge relatively quickly. I think I would carry skills that have a long recharge to take better advantage of AP. More PvE skills perhaps, like EVAS and Finish Him. These would also help guarantee that you kill the target before AP expires.

Crikey that is a lot of energy gain.
